It is a nationally recognised qualification, equivalent to 3 A levels and is designed to support 19+ students back into education.
Access to HE Diploma’s will prepare you for studying at degree level and are ideal if you haven’t been in education for a while.
They can top up your existing qualifications or gain you vital UCAS points to progress to university courses across the country, all within the year course.
On your two day a week course, you will be supported all the way by a team of dedicated Tutors who will guide and instil you with confidence and all the study skills to flourish.
With no exams to negotiate, you can progress step-by-step via structured assignments and coursework. We offer personal support in the University application process, so you can make your dream career choice come alive.
Who can Apply
If you are aged 19 or over, you will be able to apply for a learning loan to help with the costs of this course, the loan is not means tested and you will not pay anything back until you earn over £26,575 per year.
If you then complete a higher education course, you won’t have to repay the remaining loan.

Access to Health Professions – Level 3
This is a practical course offering a broad base of skills to support employment in the health care sector. This course is designed to introduce some of the main areas of Human Physiology, Health & Welfare and how it’s studied.
Access to Humanities And Social Sciences – Level 3
This is a practical course offering a broad base of skills to support employment in the health care sector. This course is designed to introduce some of the main areas of psychology and sociology, and how it’s studied as well as various core units.
Access to Science – Level 3
This is a practical course offering a broad base of skills to support employment in the health care sector. This course is designed to introduce some of the main areas of Biology, Human Physiology, Chemistry and Physics and how it’s studied.
English Language – GCSE
GCSE English Language is designed to develop and enhance personal skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening, and to encourage learners to be inspired, moved and changed by following a broad, satisfying and worthwhile course of study.
Maths – GCSE
GCSE Mathematics develops your understanding of mathematics and gives you the confidence to tackle problems in education, the workplace and everyday life. It covers the four areas of study: number, algebra, geometry and statistics, all of which include a functional element.
